Description

Lead content strategy to educate advertisers on connecting third-party platforms and resources to Google for Ads measurement.

Collaborate with interaction designers, product managers, and global product leads to develop narrative strategies across in-product messaging and external communications.

Craft comprehensive and concise UI writing for advertisers that is useful and strategic.

Work with Designers, Researchers, UX Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineers to define requirements, manage projects and priorities, and engage stakeholders.

Establish and maintain writing guidelines to ensure consistent and scalable content solutions.

The Analytics, Insights, and Measurement team is a group of content, research, learning, and interaction designed working to create the next generation of online advertising on Google’s preeminent advertising platforms. The UX Writers and content designers on the team are instrumental in shaping the interactions between advertisers, consumers, and publishers in light of emerging regulations and policies. By crafting intuitive experiences for advertisers, the team upholds Google Ads' commitment to preserving a free and open internet.Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience with writing, editorial, marketing, UX writing, content design, or a similar field, as well as leading content strategy projects.

Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent. 5 years of writing, editorial, marketing, or UX writing experience in an agency setting and interacting with executive leadership.

Experience creating content in the spaces of accessibility, equity, inclusion, or internationalization.

Experience managing priorities across a number of projects and working with management to decide on where to invest time.

Extended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience with writing, editorial, marketing, UX writing, content design, or a similar field, as well as leading content strategy projects.
