Description

Own the design process by taking risks and exploring ideas to create practical and inventive solutions. Bring ideas to life through compelling visual design and prototyping using the latest AI tools and coding agents. Develop user journeys, mockups, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional Product Management, Sales, and Engineering partners from early-stage concept development through execution. Identify and explore ambiguous and complex workflows to discover opportunities for simplification and AI integration.

As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.

Enterprise Platform UX is a group of impassioned designers, researchers, and writers defining the user experience of Search Ads 360 and Display and Video 360. As a cross-channel performance advertising unit, Search Ads 360 empowers large advertising agencies and large enterprises to manage billions of dollars in ad spend seamlessly. Our core direction is building an excellent product for the next generation of users. We are actively moving beyond simple insights into agentic AI solutions—orchestrating systems where autonomous agents can execute multi-step planning, automated buying, real-time campaign optimization, and data-driven troubleshooting across complex, cross-platform enterprise workflows.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $109000 - $155000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 1 year of interaction design experience in product design or UX Design.

Preferred qualifications: 1 year of experience leading design projects. Experience designing for AI-driven or conversational scenarios and utilizing AI tools to streamline design workflows.

Extended Qualifications
