Description
Execute the ATI-wide programs driving schedule and cost management. Work with PDI products team on the constituent product readiness and understand the fundamentals of the product.Engage cross-functionally with upstream and downstream partner teams to lead and collaborate on cost and schedule initiatives to drive efficiencies.
Consider focusing on NPI product key performance indicator (KPIs) through the product lifecycle (PLC), particularly costs and schedules, including leading data trend analyses. Drive new Google Data Centers (GDC) wide initiatives and programs to reduce infrastructure spend times and to create strategy, processes, and best practices for cost management of new programs and products.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in technical and product program management, cost management, and technology insertion of capital programs with products into new and existing design specifications.
Experience in design specifications and execution of data center facility and product designs and electrical, mechanical, and industrial engineering.
Experience driving cost benefit analysis and ROI calculations across competitive products.
Demonstrate expertise in evaluating and managing risk of product and programs, implement mitigation plans for a global NPI approach, collaborate and influence user teams to help reach organizational goals.
Extended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in program management.
