Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Platform Product Management and Engineering) to shape the goals, strategy, and roadmap for Google Cloud. Analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and define requirements through global cross-functional partnerships. Assist product and engineering teams to measure and improve product excellence. Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and solutions, encourage best practices with global stakeholders to deliver a positive experience to customers. Oversee and enforce mandatory software development standards and regulatory controls (e.g., SOX) across the project lifecycle.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience leading software development programs.Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience with online commerce or enterprise technology sales. Experience in Agile methodology. Ability to effectively, efficiently, and ethically interact with AI systems to drive operational productivity and design workflows.
