Description
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical programs from initial strategic inception through delivery and deprecation driving continuous iterative refinement. Drive operational clarity and decisive resolution for programmatic risks, bottlenecks, and cross-functional dependencies within evolving and ambiguous environments. Strengthen cross-team visibility by delivering frequent, high-impact insights through a sophisticated blend of quantitative metrics and qualitative executive reporting. Partner with engineering and product leadership to streamline cross-functional processes, simplify execution models, and implement high-impact tooling efficiencies. Act as a team multiplier by mentoring peer Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and supporting team members across organizational boundaries to achieve shared technical milestones.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. 3 years of experience with Generative AI (e.g., Large Language Models, Multi-Modal Models) or Agentic Technologies (Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent Development Kits (ADKs), and Agent-to-Agent (A2A), etc.).Preferred qualifications: Experience managing the lifecycle, development, or deployment of Generative AI products and solutions. Experience in cloud capacity management, resource allocation, and forecasting specifically tailored to the unique compute demands of GenAI workloads. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing relationships with external enterprise customers and strategic partners. Demonstrated success orchestrating complex, end-to-end product launches and driving Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies. Strong advocate for a team-first environment, with a history of fostering cultures and building trusted, high-impact cross-functional partnerships.
