Description

Lead commercial/business strategy and operations within Platforms and Devices partnerships. Drive strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives. Support Business Development Leads covering key team initiatives including team strategy, executive communications, organization meetings, and off-sites. Deliver thought leadership in partnership with leadership to inform critical decisions. Align with other cross-product area teams on overall subscriber partnership strategy.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Platforms and Devices Partnerships Strategy and Operations team creates and drives cohesive business strategy across the suite of Platforms and Devices products. The team understands the partner ecosystem and markets in which products operate, and apply structured analysis and reasoning to help develop and execute strategy. The team partners across key stakeholders in Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and the broader GP organization to drive scaled impact for business and product partners.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications: MBA. Experience structuring strategy for business organizations, including experience in either management consulting or within internal strategy teams.

Experience with key products and business including Google One, Photos, and Chrome. Knowledge of the partner and market landscape for Platforms and Devices products.

Extended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
