Description
Orchestrate the transition from manual-heavy review to AI-native ecosystems. Serve as the resident expert on current as-is state processes. Deconstruct legacy workflows and architect a to-be strategy that maximizes efficiency and scale without compromising the integrity of our safety policies. Navigate complex, global initiatives by unifying Product, Engineering, and Policy teams. Ensure advanced AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into high-stakes moderation workflows. Liaison between policy experts and technical teams. Convert complex policy nuances into scalable requirements for model training, prompt engineering, and expert labeling systems. Lead resource modeling and capacity planning across global teams to ensure technical and human expertise are effectively deployed to meet high-priority safety goals. Influence safety strategy at the executive level while managing a complex stakeholder environment, ensuring our AI-driven decisions are consistent, defensible, and aligned with our core values.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program or project management. Experience leveraging automation for process engineering. Experience with data analytics.Preferred qualifications: 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience working with business and technical cross function partners across to drive complex cross-team growth and AI long term strategic and transformational initiatives. Experience leveraging AI to promote digital transformation. Demonstrated ability to think logically and work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, influencing and communicating cross-functionally and cross-geographically with all levels of management.
