Act as a guide for leadership, highlighting key issues across the organization. Identify and define challenges and opportunities across the organization and develop teams, tools, and methods to significantly accelerate its effectiveness.
Collaborate with partner teams to communicate changes effectively. Engage with executive leaders to align with and drive key objectives. Reconcile priorities and dependencies to maximize impact. Establish best practices within the organization and across the company.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
This role will have both strategic and operational components, and will require flexing across both types of workstreams including rhythm of the business, organizational health, managing and communicating through change. You will lead and contribute to the growth, development, and overall health of the organization.
In this role, you will partner with executive leadership in Google Cloud, their direct reports, and cross-functional partners to set and communicate strategy and decision-making with the broader organization. You will also work closely with key cross-functional partners to align strategies and business decisions. You will build partnerships across functions and will inspire trust by demonstrating excellent judgment and integrity, while also being willing to be direct and help execute when needed.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $236000 - $329000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in program or project management.
10 years of experience in change management, change management communications, planning, and portfolio management.
Preferred qualifications: 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in crisis management, security, and safety. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Extended Qualifications
