Description
Own the internal reporting and business analytics/intelligence for operational programs. Support the development and maintenance of the internal communication hubs for the organization.Perform review of documents uploaded in the drive to ensure compliance, assisting in drafting and maintaining the document intake and maintenance guide.Prepare for the annual audit by checking a sample of data centers for completeness and adherence to naming standard. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 1 year of experience in program or project management.Preferred qualifications: 4 years of experience in program management with a track record of fostering operational excellence.3 years of experience developing analytical frameworks to underpin decision-making processes.Experience executing on projects and programs involving cross-functional stakeholders.Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team environment.Proficient in program management methodologies, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
