Description
Design and lead a structured operational cadence (business reviews, pipeline, and customer success syncs) to keep product and field teams aligned. Own the creation, deployment, and optimization of enterprise documentation and enablement assets, establishing operational metrics to measure asset freshness, utilization, and overall business health. Represent the product in customer advisory councils and critical pre-sales and post-sales engagements to secure tight feedback loops and unblock go-to-market (GTM) success. Collaborate across product and business functions to drive recommendations for product commercialization and business growth. Deploy AI-native capabilities to accelerate and scale operational loops and workflows.Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.
Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.
We are seeking a commercially astute, analytically Product Strategy and Operations lead to build the operational rhythm between product, enterprise field teams, and customers required to scale enterprise product success. In this Product Strategy and Operations role, you'll be the critical connective tissue between product and our cross-functional commercial field and platform teams, creating strategies and operational cadences for field and customer readiness, enablement, and engagement to grow commercial customers, facilitate agreements, adoption.

US: $176000 - $257000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 11 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) enterprise software go-to-market (GTM), commercialization, or product operations. Experience in program management, business operations, project management, or managing operational execution. Experience managing projects or operations within a cross-functional or matrixed environment.Preferred qualifications: Experience leveraging AI-native tools to accelerate workflows and influence cross-functional AI adoption. Experience with Google Cloud and Workspace platforms, commercial organizations, or the enterprise customer lifecycle. Experience with the enterprise software development lifecycle. Experience conducting analysis and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership based on market data. Experience engaging engineering leadership on platform dependencies, data compliance, or technical customer blockers.
