Description
Own the centralized organization design process and standards.Build and maintain stakeholder relationships necessary to execute the organization design and act as a central point of contact for all stakeholders.
Partner with people operations, develop organization design data and tools that will be used to tell the narrative of organizational changes across Google.
Own and provide the aggregate view of all organization design across Google.
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering across people operations and with business leaders to ensure that organization design are managed in a fair and timely manner, consistent with local requirements and in support of business objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.4 years of experience in organizational design, gained in an employee relations role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law.
Preferred qualifications: Experience advising on a wide range of employee relations issues, including organizational design and performance issues.
Experience with stakeholder management in a global organization.
Ability to operate with empathy, and diffuse/de-escalate issues, conversations and situations.
Excellent investigation interview techniques, communication, problem-solving, and writing skills.
Extended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.4 years of experience in organizational design, gained in an employee relations role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law.
