Description
Oversee day-to-day operations to enable the global Google.org team to meet funding goals with a focus on delivery. Collaborate globally with external partners, such as vendor operations and donor-advised funds, to set objectives and implement process improvements. Work across Google.org and internal partners, including finance, compliance, legal, and partnerships, to align goals and drive effective change management. Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline, using the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate resources. Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with compliance and finance policies while identifying opportunities for automation.Interested in driving the future of AI-enabled operational funding processes? We are on a transformation journey to automate Google.org’s funding process, and we need a strategic owner to drive execution and help land our next wave of cross-functional solutions.

As part of Google.org, the Services team drives investment operations to advance Google.org’s funding goals. We do this by interfacing with stakeholders across Google and bringing operational excellence through outsourced execution to deliver more than $900M a year in cash to external recipients worldwide.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.3 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with funding operations, budget governance, or payments. Experience leveraging AI tools or methodologies to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies. Experience managing the full lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines. Experience collaborating cross-functionally to solve complex problems, drive project ownership, and align business objectives. Experience synthesizing stakeholder requirements and guiding teams through complex operational processes.
