Description
Shape and drive the strategic approach for identifying, quantifying, and mitigating operational and strategic risks across Google Infrastructure. Direct and manage a global team of Risk and Resilience Program Leads and the Risk Insights Lead across supply chain, construction, and operations. Partner with cross-functional executive stakeholders to drive the continuous improvement, adoption, and governance of risk methodology. Oversee operational assurance assessments and ensure the timely facilitation and management of risk mitigation audits.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
Google's Data Center Compliance, Strategy and Risk Management (CSRM) team is a dedicated organization chartered with protecting the people and assets of Google’s global technical infrastructure. As a member of the team you will help develop a culture where security, risk, and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop industry leading programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
The Strategic, Policy, Assurance, Risk, and Compliance (SPARC) Portfolio Team builds and maintains a risk and compliance governance program that supports the needs of AI2 infrastructure.The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what’s possible. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $188000 - $275000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program or project management. 7 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational resilience, or a related discipline within a global organization. 5 years of experience in a leadership role. 5 years of experience applying qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methodologies and global resilience strategies.Preferred qualifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, CRISC, CISA, or similar. Master's degree in a relevant field. 10 years of experience managing or leading internal or external audit engagements. Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools and platforms. Experience overseeing New Product Integration (NPI) processes from a risk or compliance perspective and familiarity with data center operations, infrastructure, or related compliance standards. Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in designing and implementing operational solutions for global compliance programs.
