Description
Lead the product definition for core infrastructure areas (e.g., networking, storage, or new product introductions). Partner with customers to identify and unblock critical infrastructure gaps, providing technical partnership and engineering support to ensure their custom orchestrators run optimally on Google Cloud. Define and drive features that break the link between fleet growth and headcount, this includes advocating for agent-driven operations, automated audits, and self-healing infrastructure Evaluate and execute a path to products ensuring these innovations are integrated into the broader GKE/GCE roadmaps. Own the roadmap for security and reliability within the area.At Google, we put our users first. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
Experience working with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) or virtualized environments.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
Experience working with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) or virtualized environments.
Extended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
