Description
Create content for global demand campaigns across multiple channels, including social media imagery and videos, customer emails, webpages, and content for in-person and virtual events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing to align campaign efforts to the latest product positioning and messaging, and product demos. Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve and optimize the campaign through A/B testing, qualitative feedback, and piloting/experimenting. Manage projects and stakeholders, ensuring to gather feedback and manage reviews in a timely manner.Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As a Global Demand Campaign Manager, you will ideate, create, design and launch content, campaigns, and initiatives that attract and engage new customers for the new AI era of work. You will be at the forefront of orchestrating multi-channel campaigns, connecting our innovative solutions with key audiences worldwide. By collaborating with our regional teams across the globe, you will ensure that our global campaigns get adopted and adapted in every country.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in product marketing or channel marketing (e.g., social media marketing, email marketing, growth marketing). Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams. Experience in campaign content creation.Preferred qualifications: Experience with AI, CRM, and Marketing automation tools. Understanding of the marketing funnel. Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for campaign reporting and attribution. Proven track record of building scalable lead generation and nurture programs.
