Lead the development and refinement of predictive models for promotions and business. Leverage trend-based and granular forecasting for actionable insights to drive strategic planning.

Support the creation of new models to optimize resource allocation and financial performance across regions and partners. Integrate machine learning for automated, enhanced decision-making.

Provide data-driven recommendations and scenario analysis for strategic investments. Partner with cross-functional teams to align decisions with company goals and market opportunities.

Communicate complex findings to executive leadership, ensuring clarity and actionable insights. Maintain documentation and reporting for transparency and reproducibility.

Enhance tools and processes. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain analytics practices.

The Device and Services Business Organization (DSBO) was formed with the purpose of bringing the best of Google’s software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a Google-branded hardware portfolio. The team is responsible for managing partnerships with carriers, retailers, and resellers worldwide and designing the commercial strategy for the Pixel portfolio.

Our team mission is to deliver breakthrough, sustainable, growth for Pixel and accessories. We drive growth through deep category level insights that enables demand generation planning, and deliver the highest possible Return on Investment (ROI) with efficient allocation of our spend.

As a Consumer Offer Analytics Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Consumer Offer Analytics in driving insights and informing strategic decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Consumer Offer Analytics to develop and implement new data-driven processes and workflows to drive efficiency and quality in the DSBO investments and communicate complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner to executive leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or a similar role.

Experience in applying machine learning techniques and economic analysis in a business context such as simulations, statistical analysis, and nonlinear regression models.

Experience in SQL, spreadsheet software, and any one of the programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Experience in the consumer electronics industry, particularly with a focus on promotional analytics and consumer offer management.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms like Google Cloud’s Vertex AI for scaling machine learning models.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex problem solving concepts to non-technical stakeholders.



Extended Qualifications
