Description
Advise global Cloud Consulting and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) teams on go-to-market strategy and legal compliance. Draft templates, terms, playbooks, and create enablement materials to accelerate consulting and FDE engagements. Scale legal support for Cloud professional services by training and enabling sellers, Sales Legal teams, and other key stakeholders to support consulting and Forward Deployed Engineering agreements effectively. Lead special projects to provide programmatic support for general Cloud go-to-market needs. Partner with Cloud Sales Legal teams to support complex customer agreements for consulting and Forward Deployed Engineering teams.In this role, you will serve as primary legal counsel for the global Cloud Consulting and Forward Deployed Engineering teams. You will advise leadership on go-to-market strategy and legal compliance for all matters related to Cloud professional services, including providing legal terms, contracts, playbooks, and enablement to scale legal support.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $217000 - $314000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience. Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm. Experience drafting and negotiating professional services or other cloud commercial agreements.
Preferred qualifications: Experience directly supporting an enterprise business team. Knowledge of AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, IP, professional services, and regulatory matters relevant to enterprise cloud transactional legal work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple agreements and projects simultaneously in a changing environment.
