Manage calendars, travel, and expenses for executives with minimal guidance, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.Drive operational efficiency by identifying, designing, and implementing new processes from start to finish to scale executive impact and team productivity.Coordinate and execute end-to-end logistics for internal and external programs, off-sites, and events in collaboration with global partners.Navigate shifting priorities and high-volume multitasking in a changing environment, acting as a proxy to maintain team momentum.Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to automate routine tasks, enhance communication, and optimize existing administrative workflows.As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).Preferred qualifications:6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve output.Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones and functions.Experience managing shifting priorities.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business matters and executive communications.Ability to lead process improvements from conception to completion to increase efficiency.
