Find your future with us.The Production Systems Training (PST) organization is currently seeking a Training Analyst to join their group in Everett, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in planning, coordination, and administration of technical training and has passion for empowering our next generation of skilled workers through world class training. This position supports employee training in Fabrication and the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC).
Position Responsibilities:
Collect, prioritize and validate requirements with training partners and managersAnalyze and validate customer requests, coordinate training needs and evaluate training criteriaDevelop customer/partner training risk mitigation strategies and recovery plan for training issuesProvide necessary coordination of new-hire, gap, and/or emergent trainingCollaborate with customer on requirement satisfaction targetsAuthenticate stakeholder training data integrityCommunicate training schedule to key stakeholdersProduce metrics indicating effectiveness of fulfilled requests and implemented solutionsCommunicate to partners, customers and other stakeholders audit mandated changes that affect training requirements. Results to be published via burn-down reports, dashboards, or other forms of documentation.Produce program training analytics; establish operating rhythm and follow program standardsParticipate and support enterprise initiativesUnderstand and communicate governing documents and policies related to trainingAble to assess requirements and coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure commitments are met, customers are supported and business goals are achievedAnalyze, validate, optimize and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in a role that required interpersonal skills in a teaming environment where collaboration and communication are critical to the functioning of the teamProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExperience coordinating schedules, information, and creating reportsExperience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholdersAbility to multitask and adapt to ever-changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious experience in project or program managementPrevious experience in employee development and trainingExperience building and maintaining learning catalogs and competency frameworks
