Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking Customer Technical Training Specialist to join our airplane Maintenance Training team.  The primary focus of this role is to develop, conduct and evaluate the effectiveness of technical training.  This focus requires the analyses of customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives, and design.  Additional duties of the role include research, courseware updates, and the development of new media in support of customer training. The E-7 Production and Modification team is seeking a Mid-Level Project Management Specialist to join the USAF Rapid Prototype Program located in Tukwila, WA. This individual will join a team of Project and Program Managers supporting deployment, execution, and growth for a rapidly growing product line. The Project Manager will work across business units as part of a One Boeing team supporting E-7 production and modification, regularly partnering with IPT leaders and their teams to achieve a common goal. Position Responsibilities: Oversees and assists in execution of modification site deployment efforts in alignment with functional partners Evaluates risk, issue, and opportunity management for E7 production and modification Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders and peers Integrates the implementation of the Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) Utilizes knowledge of responsibilities and tasks performed by various departments/disciplines (e.g. Contracts, Estimating, Engineering, Finance, Supplier Management) to optimize work-flow and identify/mitigate risks to execution plans and schedules Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives Performs work with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location .
