Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Tool Integration Analyst (Level 3) to support the Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics (MOS&L) team in Renton, Washington.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides visibility to management and customers
Resolves schedule, product deviations and manufacturing requirements at the program level, analyze impacts and monitors workarounds
Provides status and visibility on comprehensive multi-tiered tool plans for organization, enterprise and business unit Tooling projects
Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing tool projects and serves as liaison between the tooling teams, finance, planning, scheduling and management
Ensures compliance to established company policies, practices and procedures
Processes, writes and validates tooling product orders
Oversees compliance to the tool order and the drawing release process
Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of working with Manufacturing Operations and/or Tooling processes
3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
3 + years using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing environments and work statements
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of the products, processes, materials and systems
Proficient working within the Tooling Value Stream
Experience with ETVS, ETIP, MESci, AR Log, CTMA, SAT, CMES, CTDM, and REDARS systems
Continuous improvement experience
