Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a 777 Supply Chain In-Service Fleet Support Manager to join our In-Service Supply Chain – 777 Fleet Support team in Everett, Washington, Seal Beach, California or Seattle, Washington.
The 777 Supply Chain In-Service Fleet Support Manager will lead supply chain activities and keep the business operations running efficiently by supporting both Enterprise level initiatives and implementing high visibility supply chain focused projects, developing and executing integrated organizational plans and solutions to enable business objectives. The ideal candidate will ensure all products and services are accurately supported, so that projects and processes can proceed efficiently and optimally to drive the overall success of the company. They will simultaneously lead multiple contracting activities while partnering with customers to ensure a OneBoeing approach!
This role requires partnership with Leaders across the enterprise and an active member of the BCA (Boeing Commercial Airplane) Supply Chain team. 
This position will discover new opportunities and solutions for business problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking. This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.  
Our team is currently hiring a Level K 777 Supply Chain In-Service Fleet Support Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead a supply chain team supporting Fleet Chief Office and in-service airline customers.Ensure integration and collaboration with stakeholders, including Program, Customer Support, Design Engineering, Production Supply Chain, Value Stream Integration, Warranty, and Boeing Global Services (BGS).Utilize supply chain experience to remove roadblocks, drive resolution, and increase stakeholder trust and satisfaction.Manage direct engagement with operators to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, airplane reliability and Maintenance Lifecycle Operating Cost (MLOC) through part availabilityOversee the management and resolution of top fleet issues for the 777 program.Engage in complex technical issues.Execute strategies to increase velocity and reduce financial impact to Boeing and the operator.Oversee activities related to managing Supplier issues from root cause identification, corrective action implementation through to retrofit programs.Support Regional VPs and Program leaders using effective communication and project management best practices.Develop executive level supply chain presentation materials for use at Program meetings, Fleet Team Conferences, Airline Executive Review Meetings (ERM) and Technical Review Meetings (TRM).

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
5+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, supply chain, negotiations, industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering3+ years of experience demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills; able to influence senior leaders, present complex technical/organizational matters clearly, and lead high-stakes discussionsDomestic and international travel as needed 20%Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
