Boeing is currently looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Representative to join their team in the Puget Sound area, working with suppliers within the Pacific Northwest Region. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.

Position Responsibilities:

Plans and conducts audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products.

Documents and reports audit and assessment results.

Inspects or verifies products for compliance with requirements.

Lead assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work.

Provides supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives

Resolves complex issues and concerns

Able to travel up to 50%-70% of the time

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3 years of experience with AS9100, ISO9001 and AS9120 approvals and Quality Management Systems

3+ years of experience performing product, process or compliance audits of Quality Management Systems of suppliers

3+ years of experience performing product or process inspections

3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action

Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, occasional weekends when necessary, and Travel 50%-70% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience with product integrity and/or mission assurance

Experience with reviewing contracts and supplier quality requirements

Experience working with Measuring Equipment

Experience with mixed technologies – machining, fabrication, composite, and electronics assembly.

Experience with advanced supplier quality tools (i.e. Requirements Consumption, Product Quality Planning (APQP) )

Proficient in MS Office tool suite and project management software tools

Experience working with a globally diverse team

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.

Travel:

Position will require travel up to 50%-70% of the time. Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, occasional weekends when necessary.

Summary pay range:$94,350 to $127,650
