The Boeing Company is looking for a Strategic Pricing Analyst (Senior or Principal) to join our team virtually.

Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst to join our team. The individual will have the opportunity to transform our current pricing structure into SaaS pricing models. You will work cross-functionally with; product owners, sales and marketing teams to align the value proposition of our products and drive overall business growth. As a Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst, you will be critical in developing and implementing new SaaS pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, understanding the competitive landscape and customer behavior to develop pricing and strategies that align with our business objectives. Your expertise in SaaS pricing models will be instrumental in designing and optimizing our pricing structures and ensuring our products are competitively positioned in the market.

Position Responsibilities:

Help drive our transformative initiative by developing new tiered SaaS pricing models that emphasize the value that the Boeing Digital Portfolio offers to its customersServe as a strategic and trusted advisor to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders including; Sales, Marketing, Product and Go-to-Market teamsDesign price experiments and monitor pricing effectiveness of different strategies for new and current productsContinuously monitor pricing performance, financial metrics and market trends to identify areas of optimization and adjusting as neededExtract actionable insights per product from pricing data and present business casesConduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitive pricing structures, packages and positioning within the marketClearly communicate complex pricing concepts and strategies to key stakeholdersAny other projects assigned that helps the Company achieve its goalsProvide guidance and support to junior pricing analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher5+ years of SaaS pricing and packaging strategy experience3+ years of experience conducting trend analysis and basic statistical modelingExperience with software pricing modelsExperience interacting with senior leadershipExperience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environmentExperience managing multiple projects occurring simultaneouslyAbility to travel 25% of the time

Typical Education & Experience:

Senior (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 5)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range (Senior Level 4): $102,850 - $159,850

Summary pay range: (Senior Level 5): $130,050 - $203,550
