Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced Staff Analyst supporting Flight Operations to join our team in Seattle, Washington.
This position will help organize, integrate and run the business for the BT&E Flight Operations Commercial Program and Global Engagement & Training organizational functions, and aligned to the Business Operations team.
We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to manage tasks with accuracy and collaborate clearly and professionally with team members at all levels with a high degree of soft skills and manage complexity in ambiguous situations.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Develop plans and objectives and provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan
Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
Analyzes data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs
Develop plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
Compiles data from multiple sources and develops performance reports
Initiates variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management
Makes recommendations to management on operational and financial performance projections using both financial and business knowledge and experience
Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
Develops and deploys localized training content
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
2+ years of experience with Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Management or related experience
2+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
1+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
1+ years of experience working with organizational leaders to develop & implement plans & objectives to meet requirements and create reports for management reviews & track performance to plan
1+ years of experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal and external), government and community customers, and representatives
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Highly proficient with multi-tasking (i.e., handling daily work, urgent emerging issues, prioritizing incoming requests for all levels of stakeholders, etc.)
Experience with gathering requirements for projects
Experience in managing multiple projects at once
Experience in a role which requires strong interpersonal and communication skills
Education and/or experience with financial management system
Experience in a role which required managing complexity in ambiguous situations
