This position can be based out of Dallas or Plano, TX; North Charleston, SC; Mesa, AZ; Everett, Tukwila, Seattle, or Renton, WA; El Segundo, Huntington Beach, or Long Beach, CA; Englewood, Co; Hazelwood, MO; or Oklahoma City, OK.
As a part of our Center of Expertise (COE), you will play a crucial role in implementing new functionalities and maintaining existing technologies in the source-to-pay (S2P) environment. Our team's primary objective is to enhance the procurement experience for stakeholders, suppliers, business partners, and our team. Collaborating with other teams within the COE, you will have the opportunity to shape and evolve our current practices.
In this role, you will also collaborate with various functional stakeholders across Boeing, including IT, architecture, finance, supplier management, engineering, and more. Your contributions will help shape the technology and industry tools we utilize, talent development and training programs, as well as the governance and processes that align with our common objectives.

How You Make an Impact
As a Senior Program Management Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our transformation journey and our ability to deliver to our roadmap and priorities. You will spearhead discovery workshops, cross-functional and project performance meetings, help set context, goals, and integration across a number of project leaders and own implementations for the S2P roadmap.
This is a unique opportunity for you to lead, partner, and mentor at multiple levels. Your goal will be to deliver a simpler, faster, better source-to-pay (S2P) experience for our stakeholders across the enterprise.
Position Responsibilities:
Extensive experience in supply chain and specifically, source-to-pay processes and software (E-Parts, Gold, Ariba, etc.)
Ability to lead large-scale, critical projects/initiatives related to business processes, technology implementation, policy, and procedures, etc. – as well as integrate across others that are leading critical projects/initiatives
Ability to foster and maintain relationships both internally and in industry, strong cross functional teaming expertise
Ability to create compelling presentations and build business cases,
Manage and provide visibility to risks and roadblocks
Translate data into compelling, strategic, and executable recommendations/solutions
Experience with E-Parts, Gold, SAP Ariba and other S2P technologies preferred
Industry affiliations preferred
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain
5+ years of experience leading projects using Project Management Best Practices and tools
5+ years of experience in the use of Microsoft Excel to gather, format, and manipulate data using mathematical, accounting and organizational functions/formulas/macros within the tool for the purpose of performing both business related and technical analyses
3+ years of experience leading teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of experience with SAP Ariba (configuration, enhancement, customization, integration)
3+ years of experience do you have with GOLD
3+ years of experience using the ePARTS requirement system
3+ years of experience with Systems integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing(SIT) (UAT).
3+ years of experience writing automation test scripts, setup/maintain test environments and perform automated testing
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
