Position Responsibilities:
Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicatorsDevelops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreementsAnalyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicatorsCommunicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activitiesLeads cross-functional process management activitiesLeads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective actionLead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 or more years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes5 or more years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting5 or more years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher5 or more years of experience with government proposals5 or more years of experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development, and negotiation efforts
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Oklahoma City, OK -$102,850 - $127,050
