Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Experienced Procurement Agents (Level 3) to join the In-Service Supply Chain team in Everett or Seattle, Washington or Seal Beach, CA.

The In-Service Supply Chain Team is looking to hire a high performing/highly organized Program Manager to support multiple high visibility projects supporting Airline Operators. This highly dynamic Statement of Work (SOW) will see the right person interface with a range of programs and stakeholders to ensure the requirements are supported and achieved in a timely manner. This job requires a cross-functional effort that leverages several different Boeing entities to better serve our customers. An understanding of Airplane build requirements, Supply Chain Operations and Customer Interface experience is highly desired and the capacity to build relationships across the enterprise and supply base is critical.

This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The SOW includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, and additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop, prepare, coordinate and integrate project plans to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completionCoordinate ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between cross functional teamsPrepare schedule, reports, metrics, communicate and update plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or projectInterface with multiple suppliers to ensure the deliverables are met, ECD’s are provided and mitigations are in placePrepare and execute initiatives for the organization, supplier obsolescence reviews, Entry into Service (EIS), and additional duties as assignedEmploy Seek, Speak & Listen (SS&L) to actively communicate, engage and establish relationships with managers, peers, customers, and stakeholders, keep others informedWork with urgency and support business goal objectivesMaintain effectiveness and adjust easily when experiencing changes in work task, processes, and/or requirements

This position is 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed locations.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processesMust be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or higher3+ years of experience with Project Management3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry

Typical Education/ Experience:

Typically, 6 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense
