The BGS Integrated Logistics Support Team is seeking a Support Integration Specialist for the P-8 program in Tukwila, WA or Jacksonville, FL. This role will focus on the development, integration, and management of aircraft lifecycle support activities in service of the US Navy and multiple international customers.

This position focuses on business case analysis, creative problem-solving, and frequent interactions with customers, internal stakeholders, and technical subject matter experts to provide holistic support solutions for our customers. Enthusiasm, a strong collaborative drive, working knowledge of project management principles, and independent decision-making skills are highly desired.

The P-8 is a 737 derivative platform. Prior experience in fleet support or project management for commercial derivatives or BCA products is preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

Develops, integrates and manages product/program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities

Establishes support requirement definitions and statement of work development

Develops program implementation/integration plans and schedules and applies this information in a way that contributes to the organization’s strategic plan and bottom line

Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses sustainment impact

Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities

Develops support program plans and schedules, validates standard deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems

Research, document and provide technical information and support the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure

Understand how the business and organization operate; be knowledgeable of policies, practices, trends, and information affecting the business and organization; understand the competition and the marketplace

Develops and maintains positive working relationships with external customers, internal cross-functional stakeholders, organizational leadership, and peers

Participates in determining objectives of assignment; plans, schedules, and arranges own activities to accomplish those objectives

Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies

Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization

Perform detailed task card analysis of Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) scheduled maintenance requirements to assist customers with support equipment, materials, and scheduling

Perform Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis using IETM, REDARS, MyBoeingFleet, Product Standards, and Supply Chain tools. Validate part effectivity to aircraft and identify materials affected by obsolescence and configuration changes

Represents organization as a prime point of contact on contracts or projects

Makes customers’ needs, a primary focus of one's actions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience with U.S. Navy maintenance practices and experience partnering with government customers to deliver services and products

Experience with 737 military commercial derivative aircraft development, production, training, or support

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)

A Bachelor's degree

Strong written and oral communication skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project, etc

Experience with technical and operational aspects of P-8 mission systems

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Experienced Level (Level 3): $94,350 - $136,850

Summary pay range for Senior Level (Level 4): $118,150 - $171,350
