Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Seattle, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business units and IT to understand and document requirements for SAP enhancements and system improvements.Manage and prioritize break/fix tickets related to SAP issues, ensuring timely resolution.Coordinate testing activities for SAP enhancements, including development of test plans, test cases, and execution of testing cycles.Analyze business processes and provide insights to optimize SAP usage and improve operational efficiency.Track and manage investments in SAP capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI.Support change management activities related to SAP system updates and enhancements.Liaise with SAP technical teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes.Generate regular reports and dashboards for business and IT leadership on SAP system performance, issues, and project statuses.Assist in training and support for end-users regarding SAP system enhancements and new functionalities.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience using SAP for system support, business planning, and analysis3+ years of experience using SAP for property and warehouse managementProficiency in analyzing and documenting business processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams.Problem-solving skills with a focus on timely resolution of system issues.Knowledge of project management principles.

Summary pay range: Level 3: $102,800 - $139,150
Level 4: $128,350 - $173,650
