Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Lead Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Everett, Seattle or Tukwila, Washington, Berkeley, Missouri or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
This is a rewarding, yet challenging leadership role that will report directly to the Senior Director of Supply Chain for Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers. In this role, you will leverage your strengths to assist the team in effective communication, strategy and execution in support of the Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers business.
Daily interfaces within BDS and across the enterprise are required to execute standard activities which include strategy sessions, analysis of data and trends, supplier performance reviews to include delivery and quality. Ad hoc reporting and special projects will be part of the job role. The role requires a high level of organization, self-starting motivation, and relationship management.
Position Responsibilities – Senior Level 4:
Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicatorsDevelops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreementsAnalyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicatorsCommunicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activitiesLeads cross-functional process management activitiesLeads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective actionLead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs
Position Responsibilities – Lead Level 5:
Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activitiesEstablishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design, planning and deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programsReviews contractual documents and consults with stakeholdersOversees efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes, programs, projects and procurement transactionsProvides guidance on export issues and material transfersLeads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processesMore than 5 years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting within Boeing systems and toolsMore than 3 years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higherMore than 2 years of experience of United States Government proposals, purchasing, contracting, terms and conditions and/or contract negotiations.Senior Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceLead Level 5: More than 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Everett, Seattle and Tukwila, Washington - $118,150 - $149,950
Berkeley, Missouri - $102,850 - $136,500
Summary pay range for Lead Level 5:
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma $129,200 - $159,600
Everett, Seattle and Tukwila, Washington $147,900 - $182,700
Berkeley, Missouri - $138,550 - $171,150
