Find your future with us.The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Electromagnetic Effects (EME organization) has an exciting opportunity for a Certification Specialist to join our team in Everett, WA.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior (Level 4) or Lead (Level 5) Certification Specialists.
Primary responsibilities:
Analyzes data gathered from identified sources, identifies discrepancies and works with responsible organizations to resolve.Manages the change process. Integrates and coordinates design and configuration data required for certifications and/or flight clearance notices.Collects, organizes, synthesizes and analyzes data to support and guide business decisions. Summarizes findings.Performs configuration verification audits.Supports generation of product configuration data required for certifications and flight clearance notices.Supports the development of certification plans and deliverables for approval by regulatory representativesCollaborates with cert specialist across multiple functions to support cert activity. Supports the daily development of data packages, metrics, and deliverables in support of certify and delivering commercial aircraft.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Associate’s degree or higherLevel 4: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for global audiencesExperience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environmentExperience do you have working with Project management skills, and ability to drive performance to plan and results
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
Level 5: 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience working with 14 CFR Part 25 regulationsGeneral understanding of Customer & Supplier Data Transmittal (CSDT), Engineering Tracking & Control (ETAC), Design Change Classification System (DCCS), and other toolsFamiliarity with drawing/data systems and configuration management principles and processes

Summary Pay Range:
Senior (Level 4): $114,750 - $155,250Lead (Level 5): $145,350 - $196,650
