Position Responsibilities:
Lead the business planning, execution, and completion of: Finance Offer to Cash (O2C) deliverables as part of a major commercial SAP S/4 Hana Implementation
Oversee enterprise harmonization and integration of customer data into SAP Master Data Governance module
Manage day-to-day business planning, resources alignment, execution and activities of the business in alignment with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/SAP project priorities and objectives. This includes business requirements harmonization with enterprise standards, SAP fit/gap analysis, gap rationalization, testing, business readiness, governance over master data, and global coordination with information technology/consulting partners and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to approved enterprise designs and the incorporation of business transformation targets (e.g. simplification and fit to standard)
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience leading digital transformational and global change initiatives in a corporate work environment. 3+ years of experience systems development and implementations including systems integration and testing. 3+ years of experience supporting the development and or implementation of new business processes or tools in a large and complex business environment3+ years of experience working on End-to-End process in Order to Cash (OTC) processes, across various business scenarios
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related degreeUnderstanding of financial statements: income statement, balance sheets, revenue, cash, cost, and inventoryStrong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex situations in simple terms
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master +8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)
