Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level Production Control Tool Coordinator (Level 3) to join the Tool Services Analyst team inRenton, WA.

As a Production Control Tool Coordinator, you will be involved in satisfying manufacturing requirements for non-production materials, tool and shop supplies. You will work in providing high impact, creative solutions to complex technical problems, working both independently and as part of a team environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Support manufacturing and fabrication of Boeing airplane parts by procuring non-flyaway materials, tools, shop supplies and services by using the ordering and inventory systems i.e. Ariba and Cribmaster 11Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sourcesEngage with shop personnel and analyze recommended solutions for process requirementsRepresent Boeing as a Tool Coordinator SMEInteract with Procurement Agents/Suppliers on a daily basis, working one-on-one to resolve any issuesMaintain accurate inventory and set min/max level to ensure shop is supportedUse skills and ability to work with sensitive information, safeguarding confidential information and working with it dispassionatelyUse skill and ability to ensure manufacturing, procurement, and regulatory compliance i.e. Foreign Object Damage/Debris (FOD) prevention, Hazardous Material Control, and Supplier Contact

This position is 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed locations.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

High School or Equivalent3+ years of experience in Procurement and Inventory Management3+ years of experience in a direct manufacturing role Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1+ year(s) of experience in a Lean Manufacturing Techniques and Supply Chain Management1+ year (s) of experience in shop manufacturing processesComplete knowledge and experience with serialize tools used for measurement in detail and assembly manufacturing

Typical Education/ Experience:

Typically, 3 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $82,000 - $88,000
