The Boeing Company’s Leadership and Organizational Development organization is currently seeking an ExperiencedLearning Program Management Specialist with a focus on Leadership Development Integration to join our team. This position will report to the Senior Director, Leadership Development and Organizational Design and can be located at any of the following Boeing sites: Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Seattle, WA; Tukwila, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA; North Charleston, SC; Mesa, AZ; San Antonio, TX or Portland, OR.

The Learning Program Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating and integrating leadership development experiences across the enterprise. This role partners closely with Leadership Development Leadership Team and Program Managers, Learning Business Partners, Talent Management, the broader Learning organization, academic partners (e.g., Harvard portfolio, curated universities), and external service partners (e.g., TCS).

The ideal candidate possesses strong industry awareness, with the ability to leverage knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and strategic partners to inform program planning and drive performance. They are skilled in research methodologies and tools, including search engines and library databases, enabling them to identify and engage relevant external resources and subject matter experts effectively. Additionally, the candidate demonstrates exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

Execute and integrate Skill Boosters into the broader Leadership Development portfolio as on-demand or cohort-based resources

Serve as an active member of the Spirit integration team to embed Spirit leaders and learning approaches into Leadership Development courses

Partner with HR for HR to define and manage Human Resources (HR) pilot cohorts for leadership programs

Work with program manager stakeholders in Leadership Development to map leadership competencies to content

Operationalize university offerings to fill gaps in the Leadership Development curriculum; partner with the Learning Together Program to coordinate these offerings

Program manage the enterprise Harvard portfolio to enhance employee skills — manage the vendor relationships, partner with Communications to drive adoption, focus on continuous improvement, and share relevant findings and metrics with Learning and Development (L&D) leadership team

Serve as the key owner (with Talent Management) for the nomination process for Leadership Development programs; execute nomination workflows and communications

Collaborate with the broader Learning organization to identify and implement Artificial Intelligence opportunities across the Leadership Development portfolio

Own and iterate Leadership Development dashboard— work with the data team to track participation, completion, learning outcomes, and program impact; generate insights and recommendations

Own and maintain the Leadership Development catalog— work versioning, and access/communications

Integrate and manage TCS partners and other service vendors to ensure they deliver services that support all Leadership Development programs

Collect, synthesize, and present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to inform program design and continuous improvement

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

3+ years of experience creating graphics to visualize concepts and data

3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.)

3+ years of experience in program management including scheduling, logistics, budget oversight, vendor management, and operational execution

Experience in producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level

Experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field

Experience using curriculum management and/or Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies, systems and tools

Experience managing university partnerships and corporate academic portfolios (e.g., Harvard, executive education)

Experience implementing AI features in learning experiences or platforms

Experience with nomination systems, talent reviews, and succession planning processes

Experience with TCS or similar large consulting/technology provider engagement models

Experience building and maintaining learning catalogs and competency frameworks

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $85,000 - $115,000
