Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Lean Practitioner (Level 4) to join the Interior Responsibility Center team based out of Everett, Washington.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team. The Interior Responsibility Centers Designs, Fabricate and Assemble Commercial Aircraft interior components; Stow-Bins, Ceilings Panels, Closets, Crew Rest etc. In this role, you will partner with our operations, engineering and fulfillment teams, to drive innovation and process improvement activities, focused on Safety, Quality, Compliance and efficiency. You will have the chance to define and lead program & project management best practices. You will help drive business planning and decision making, operations, and business insights up for the Interior Responsibility Center WA.

Position Responsibilities:

Instructs others in continuous improvement tools and principles.Develops and updates instructional materials.Mentors future instructors and less experienced practitioners.Works with internal or external customers.Leads and facilitates complex process improvement efforts.Identifies risks and opportunities for improvement.Creates enhancements to existing improvement tools.Supports the development and deployment of new tools.Supports business acquisition.Participates in the evaluation process.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience as a lean practitioner.3+ years of experience in manufacturing.3+ years of experience working in cross functional teams.3+ years of experience in team and group facilitation.Ability and willingness to work a variable shift.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.Experience in Leadership and Facilitation.Interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to work with minimum direction and ambiguity, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.Accelerated improvement workshops.Knowledge of Lean, Tools and processes.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
