Position Responsibilities:
Leads and manages Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP) on multiple programsSupports Program Start Up and Earned Value Management (EVM) execution across multiple programsProvides Program Management Best Practice (PMBP) guidance and support across multiple programsSupports Rate Change Readiness (RCR) and Work Movement across multiple programs, working directly with Program Management teams and key functional stakeholdersSupports implementation of Integrated Product Teams (IPT) model across multiple programsFacilitates and ensures integration of project plans, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industryCoordinates commitments and communications with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategic initiativesEngages (e.g. workshops, forums, training, etc.) the PM community on program management requirements, responsibilities, and best practicesRepresents senior management, as required, to communicate functional policy, strategy and directionLiaises with Enterprise, Industry, and Academic “Program Management” thought leaders to import best practices and shape our future as a function
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is requiredExperience leading or managing process improvement projectsExperience building and presenting plans or recommendations to executive leadershipExperience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partnersExperience analyzing data and developing metrics to track “performance to plan” for a business/organizationExperience with Program Management Best PracticesExperience with the Enterprise Standard Gated Process10+ years of experience with end-to-end project/program management: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project closeout
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience with the ESGP Online ToolProject Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification (current or in work)
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.)
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Mesa, AZ and Berkley, MO - $157,250 - $212,750
Everett, WA; Tukwila, WA, Philadelphia, PA; and
EI Segundo, CA - $168,300 - 227,700
