Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Lead Procurement Analyst (Level 5) to join our

Supply Chain Functional Excellence team in Everett, Washington.

In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of supply chain professionals

(onboard) while also designing and delivering training programs to support their professional development.

You will play a key role in ensuring that our supply chain operations are efficient, effective, and aligned

with the overall goals of the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

Communicates strategic initiatives, projects, or procurement activities

Leads cross-functional process management activities

Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action

Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.

Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and

activities

Establishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design, planning and

deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programs

Oversees efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes, programs,

projects, and procurement transactions

Provides guidance on export issues and material transfers

Leads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement

analysis

Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals providing guidance, support, and

mentoring

Design and deliver training programs to support the professional development of supply

chain staff

Communications with supply chain leaders and business partners

Negotiate statement of work transitions to support organizational decisions

Portfolio management

Large scale integrations

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one

of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by

22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or

asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

10+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.

10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management Analysis or Materials Management Analysis.

10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

10+ years of proven experience as a trainer or training facilitator in the supply chain industry.

10+ years of experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.

10+ years of experience with consistent in attention to detail and organizational skill set.

10+ years of experience with being proactive in understanding and anticipating stakeholder requirements.

Conflict of Interest:

Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree

(e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate

area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary Pay Range: $148,700 - $200,960
