Boeing Global Services is seeking a highly motivated Digital Commerce Product Management Specialist to join our Digital Experience & Commerce team in Plano, TX or Seattle, WA. As a Product Management Specialist with our digital and technology team, you will focus on leading the definition, development, approval, and introduction of new online product features and functionality.

Oversee the evaluation of business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues and the competitive environment.

Applies industry knowledge and identifies company product capabilities and service offerings with in-depth analysis of market position to create and expand the portfolio of products and solution alternatives.

Advises on product development to create products and validates early product definitions with customers.

Oversees the formulation of product strategies and identification new product opportunities.

Leads the development of product plans designed to address customer needs and/or expand market share.

Position Responsibilities:

The Digital Commerce Product Management Specialist is responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle. They collaborate with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, develop the product vision, roadmap, and features required to meet these needs.

Understand customer needs and ensures product completeness, with particular attention to seamless cart and checkout experiences and robust order lifecycle management

Plan and support the implementation, communication, and change efforts in the roll out and enhancement of Commerce products, including cart/checkout optimizations, payment integrations, and order orchestration

Develops and implements strategic plans for Digital Experience & Commerce product families, to include new capabilities, enhance features, and eliminate issues

Leverage SAFe and agile methodologies. This role will lead the development and writing of epics and features. As well as present the product vision and approve objectives

Leads the prioritization process for all new functionality, concepts, changes, and enhancements

Responsible for defining releases and program increments

Product communication to business owners, customers, and stakeholders

Represents business owners and stakeholders in agile development process

Works with design and architecture teams to create user interface wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

Proactively manages and prioritizes a backlog according to business value, complexity, and expectations

Coordinates with key partners and stakeholders to understand their business models and goals and leads defining business requirements, content, and features

Researches and analyzes industry trends and competitive information

Collaborates with project teams to define Digital Experience & Commerce product strategy

Collaborate and build productive working relationships with internal business partners

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of Digital Experience & Commerce Product Management/Ownership experience

Intrinsic passion for Digital Experience & Commerce and awareness of best practices and trends

Experience with articulating and implementing strategy-to-action plans

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), order lifecycle processes, fulfillment orchestration, returns, and refunds.

Demonstrated experience designing and delivering cart/checkout experiences, payment integrations, and reducing cart abandonment.

Familiarity with payments, tokenization, PCI considerations, fraud detection, SCA/PSD2, and checkout security best practices.

SAFe and Agile product development experience.

Knowledge of web design

Web analytics experience and understanding a plus (Adobe Analytics (Preferred), Google Analytics)

Experience in JIRA, ADO, Confluence, and other Project Management & documentation tools.

Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills

Summary Pay Range: $173,400 – $234,600
