We are seeking a talented Information Release Specialist to join the Boeing Intellectual Property (BIP) team in Seattle, WA, Seal Beach, CA, Hazelwood, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, Mesa, AZ, Ridley Park, PA, or North Charleston, SC.

This position will oversee employee requests to publicly release Boeing information, coordinating with requesters and stakeholders to facilitate the release process from submittal through review and disposition. The position requires close collaboration and frequent communication with employees and leaders across the Boeing enterprise—including all functions, global locations, and Business Units—with the goal of protecting Boeing intellectual property.

Position Responsibilities:

Facilitate the end-to-end processing of public information release requestsDaily collaboration with functional and business stakeholders to review and disposition release requestsDaily consultations with employees seeking approval for release of informationEnsure functional reviews are completedAnalyze data and metrics to identify trends and propose improvementsIdentify awareness opportunities and create and provide responsive trainingSolicit user feedback, assess and respond accordinglySupport additional BIP activities as required

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Current expectation is a minimum of three days per week onsite. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years’ experience coordinating activities with multiple groups or organizationsExperience in Intellectual Property (IP) policies and proceduresExperience developing, contributing, and/or maintaining processes, policies, and proceduresAbility to lead an integrated team through personal influence without direct-line authorityStrong project management and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higherExperience with release of information processes at Boeing

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $99,450-$155,250
