Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Digital Transformation (DTx) is looking for a Senior Integrated Scheduling Specialist (Level 4) to join the Business Operation team based out of Everett, Washington.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative, diverse and highly-rewarding team! This position will provide detailed integrated scheduling support for medium/large scale projects (software development specifically) within the Digital Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT). Creation, baseline and maintenance of various schedules within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Systems Engineering spaces will also be included.
In this role, you will lead the creation, implementation and maintenance of the DTx Program Roadmap, support various IPTs articulate statement of work, provide key integration points, and better define and document key milestones, deliverables and pertinent software releases. The ideal candidate will partner successfully with the DTx SEIT (Systems Engineering Integration Team) to better help define Program work packages and key integration points.
Future growth potential within this position includes (and is not limited to) more general project management support to various trades/business decisions within Digital Transformation which will help charter the Program to a future state within the DCAC, 787 and Future Production System spaces.

Position Responsibilities:
Work with project teams (Engineering, Customer, IT, etc.) to gain applicable requirements/statement of work.
Gather requirements and statement of work to develop into an integrated plan/schedule (Tier 2/3), integrating all functional work/solution with the IT release processes.
Gain concurrence/agreement/approval from all levels of Leadership to officially baseline plan.
Manage project team to collect status, manage RIO, provide up and out reporting to all levels of Leadership.
Mentors all levels of employees in integrated scheduling capability/skill and provides applicable knowledge training.
This position is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform 80% work onsite in Everett, Washington
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with Integrated Scheduling
5+ years of experience with standard project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Project Server
5+ years of experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
3+ years of experience developing and executing integrated technology development strategies, plans, goals and objectives
5+ years of experience utilizing project management tools and methods such as MS Projects, Milestones, Open Project Professional, etc
3+ years of experience leading, motivating and developing others
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
Knowledge within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment/methodology
Understanding (and experience leading) of the BCA directive management process
Typical Education/Experience:
Senior Level (Level 4):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
