We are seeking a talented individual to join our Construction, Facilities Services, and environmental Contracting team, based in various locations, including Seattle, Tukwila, Auburn, or Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; or Plano, TX. In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute and manage contracts in the exciting field of Remediation and environment.
As an experienced procurement agent, you will be crucial in supporting multiple commodities within the category. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading and managing projects and initiatives related to remediation and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) contracts. Additionally, you will have the chance to consult and collaborate with our supply chain process improvement teams, identifying valuable opportunities for enhancing our supplier contract strategies. Your knowledge of building operations and environmental impacts will be highly valued in this role.

Position Responsibilities:
Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions
Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements
Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities
Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations
5+ years of experience with Supplier/Contracts/Program Management practices and processes
5+ years of experience interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals
3+ years of experience administrating Cost Reimbursable purchase contracts
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project
Experience with Ariba contracting and sourcing knowledge
Knowledge of building operations and environmental impacts
external customers to resolve supplier performance issues
identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range:
Mesa, AZ and North Charleston, SC : $95,200 – $128,800
Plano, TX: $102,000 - $138,000
Auburn, Everett, Renton, Seattle, and Tukwila, WA: $102,000 - $138,000
