Find your future with us.The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Government & Capital Property Manager (K-Level) for our Compliance & Process Optimization team within our Supply Chain organization in Berkeley, MO, Ridley Park, PA, or Tukwila, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees who develop, coordinate and implement property management and control activitiesDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employeesCommunicates with internal and external auditors directlyManages employees who develop, coordinate and implement property management strategies and control activitiesWorks collaboratively with Materials Management/Property Management site Senior LeadersAcquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of teams and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains business relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, Business Unit counterparts, partners, auditors and direct reports as well as monitor metrics and self-assessment results to ensure continuous complianceWorks with Government (i.e. DCMA, DCAA, NASA, etc.) property administrators to address issues timely and escalate when required to ensure resultsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesDevelops, coaches, mentoring and motivating employeesPromotes and demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience applying audit standards, procedures, and techniques5+ years of experience managing Government or Capital Property5+ years of experience and/or training on FAR and DFARS compliance3+ years of experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions3+ years of experience leading project teams to meet project objectives and deliverables3+ years of experience creating project schedules which identify time frames for key project milestones3+ years of experience using LEAN manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace3+ years of experience working with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and Department of Defense (DOD) contracts3+ years of experience engaging with global customers, suppliers, and partners.Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience interfacing with senior and executive leadershipEffective communication, organizational and team oriented skillsExperience with GOLD Property Management Systems and/or equivalent supply chain ordering system

Summary pay range:
Ridley Park, PA / Tukwila, WA (Tier 1): $112,200 - $151,800 USD
Berkeley, MO (Tier 2): $104,550 - $141,450 USD
