We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Global Real Estate and Facilities Business Unit Portfolio Lead, located in Hazelwood or Berkeley, MO; North Charleston, SC; Renton, Tukwila, or Everett, WA; Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, or El Segundo, CA; Plano, TX; Arlington, VA; and Mesa, AZ.

As the Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for effectively managing the relationship between the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization and the assigned Boeing Business Unit (BU). Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including the Business Unit Integrator (BUI), Business Relationship Manager (BRM), Planning & Asset Management (P&AM), and Project Management & Construction Management (PM&CM).

The primary objective of this role is to develop a real estate strategy that supports the successful delivery of the BU's operational goals and overall success. You will be in charge of governing and overseeing a service provider team responsible for delivering Transaction Management services. Working closely with your peers and the service provider account team, you will contribute to the creation and support of the BU's strategic real estate vision.

As the Portfolio Lead, you will lead a team of real estate experts who will generate ideas and provide industry expertise to meet the BU's long-range strategic portfolio needs. By partnering with BU leaders, you will identify opportunities to advance their strategic goals and maximize the value of their real estate portfolio. Together with key client partners, you will develop, implement, and execute an integrated strategic vision for the assigned BU.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Position Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining relationships with BU and GREF leaders to drive operational and strategic goals and facilitate effective communicationApplying best practices, Real Estate industry knowledge, and market data to help BU leadership understand portfolio risks and opportunitiesOwning and executing the lease capital plan, including critical date management, and driving real estate actionsImplementing strategies to minimize portfolio risk, ensure business continuity, and manage financial exposureOversee the execution team responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, and quality of real estate transactionsMaximizing the value of surplus assets through strategic repositioning or dispositionDeveloping options for unique real estate issues through research, feasibility modeling, and financial analysisDirecting the implementation of real estate strategy, including transaction workflow processes, market analysis, valuation, and BU reportingSupporting the development of best practices, tools, and templates to further the growth and development of the assigned BUProviding leadership, guidance, and support for best practice selection, training, assessment, and service delivery to the assigned BU

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business or related field5+ years of experience with principles of facility management or real property planning or corporate real estate3+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive Level3+ years of experience managing & negotiating real estate projects related to acquisition or disposition of real property assets

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

10+ years of experience in project management, property management, facility management or corporate real estate10+ years of experience in commercial real estate operations, strategy development/deployment, and transaction managementProfessional written and verbal communication skills

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for South Carolina, Missouri, and Arizona:

$132,600 - $179,400

Summary pay range for Texas, California, and Washington:

$141,950 - $192,050

Summary pay range for Oklahoma: $123,250 - $166,75
