Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a highly motivated, forward thinking 767/777 Fulfillment Senior Manager to join our team in Everett, WA. The managers in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety.

This position is primarily 1st shift; however, variable shifts, overtime and weekends may be required to meet program objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across more than one area in Fulfillment and Supply Chain

Develops and executes integrated organizational strategies, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical and operational management of suppliers and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports through Seek, Speak, and Listen

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes to drive First Pass Quality

Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers for individual and team development

Assists with driving Boeing's Production System (BPS) transformation

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Material Management, Quality, Supplier Management, IT

5 + years of experience with team building, developing and motivating employees

5 + years of work experience leading or managing cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher

Experience in Inventory Management / Inventory Management Methodologies

Experience with Problem Solving Methodologies

Summary pay range: $179,550-$207,900
