Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an ExperiencedFleet Support Program Specialist to join their team in Seal Beach, CA or Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

Primary BGS contact for issues identified by BCA partners (Fleet Chief Office, In-Service Supply Chain, engineering, customer support, etc.)Assists in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantitiesEnters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer ordersAssists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performanceProject management of fleet-wide issues consisting of short and long-term challenges requiring BGS supply chain support without an existing planBGS SME on fleet supportability – Either know the answer or help direct to the correct teamMultiple identifiers for supportability issues (Fleet Chief Office, engineering, service bulletins, AOG/sales, supply-chain health, etc.)Own development and project management of roll-out until final execution

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

· 3+ Years of experience in Supply Chain

· 3+ Years of experience in Project Management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with SAPDefine metrics and tracking mechanismsComprehensive understanding of the issue, criticality, root cause, and impact to customersDefine support plan and complete path to executionEstablish stakeholders, action owners, and communication rhythm

Summary pay range: $90,000.00 - $129,950.00
