The Boeing Company is looking for a Facilities Project Administrator (Mid-Level or Lead) to join our team in Everett, WA.

This role requires analytical, communication, and time management skills in a collaborative team environment. You will be a key member of an experienced office implementation team that designs, implements, performs infrastructure improvements in office areas, and handles supplier contracts for day-to-day operational support. This position involves planning and handling a wide range of small and medium construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate and prioritize the implementations of small to medium projects and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Continual alignment with Workplace Standards and Boeing procedures is needed to ensure appropriate processing of projects is being followed. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Position Responsibilities:

Obtains information from various resources to support the development and formalization of integrated baseline project management plans: team charters, work and organizational breakdown structures, quality planning, change management process and project closure, to ensure controls are in place throughout project life cycleSupports the development of a project plan, in accordance with accepted project management principles based on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)Supports and incorporates formalized project change control board and processes, to ensure deviations from the baseline plan are properly documented and submitted for approval or rejectionParticipates in defining scope with the project team, applying appropriate standards, guidelines, regulations, and procedures to ensure all the work and only the work required to complete the project is included in the baselineMonitors milestones and task activities to ensure timely completion of projectDevelops cost estimate and identifies resources needed to complete project activities, using project cost management processesSupports the identification and formalization required for communication flows to project stakeholders, including team members, management, program, and functional organizationsIdentifies and manages project risk, by applying standard project risk techniquesLeads team meetings and assignments and ensures continuous workflow

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in operations, facilities management, maintenance, manufacturing, construction projects and/or project management3+ years of experience in Facilities Project Management or Construction Management3+ years of experience in communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership3+ years of experience in project management developing, communicating, and implementing key strategic and operational initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Project Management Professional (PMP) CertificationProject Management (PM) CertificateExperience budgeting and forecasting1+ years of experience with AutoCAD or similar Computer Aided Design (CAD) package3+ years of experience with Microsoft software tools1+ years of experience with Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

Lead (Level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for experienced: $93,500-$126,500

Summary pay range for lead: $115,600-$156,400
