The Boeing Company is looking for a Customer Support and Regional Support Manager to join the Customer Relations group in Renton, WA or Seal Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have the ability to find solutions that prioritize our customers’ needs; effectively using collaboration skills, resilience and strategic thinking. Customer Relations operates at a fast-pace to deliver world class customer service to internal and external partners and customers.

Customer Relations is dedicated to providing a premiere Customer Experience. To accomplish this, we stay alert to identifying customer needs and relative industry trends while building a service-oriented organization comprised of individuals who are willing to team, learn and coach.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads and inspires employees on the Customer Support and Regional Support Specialist teams to achieve individual and team performance metrics and development goalsCandidate will serve as part of the Customer Relations leadership team, which creates long term strategy and objectives for the groupLeverages Boeing’s complexity to eliminate cross-functional overlap and inconsistent supportDevelops and sustains productive relationships with organizations providing support to Customer Relations and SalesPartners with the leadership team to ensure sufficient onsite support for customer engagements regarding these teamsRemoves roadblocks affecting task completion for Customer Relations team membersReviews project execution plans, makes appropriate adjustments and resolve issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or higherThis manager position requires you to have a minimum of one year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to travel up to 20% of the time (domestic and international)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Ability to work off-hours including evenings and weekendsProven track record of success executing against project deliverable and long-term objectivesExperience analyzing data to uncover opportunities for added workgroup efficiencies

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
