Join us in a pivotal role as a Senior Compliance Architect, where you will lead the design and implementation of processes and solutions that improve compliance at Boeing. In this influential position, you will collaborate with a dynamic global team of Boeing professionals and trusted suppliers, focusing on architecting for compliance, with an initial emphasis on controls for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), across physical and virtual compute, storage and backup, and databases.
Your mission will be to build strong relationships, foster effective supplier partnerships, and shape policies and practices that enhance SOX and other security compliance within our Information Technology (IT) services. Position Responsibilities:
Lead process design and build activities for securing SOX systems and collecting evidence of the controlsTrain team members to effectively conduct peer reviews, evidence collection and how to pass an auditConduct mock audits in alignment with internal and external auditor expectations for both design effectiveness and operational effectivenessManage findings to ensure correctness in assignee, gap identified, severity level with internal and external audit teamsCollaborate with infrastructure product teams to understand their processes, capabilities and opportunities for automationCreate and maintain broad communications and key metrics for multiple audiencesCommunicate effectively across all levels of leadership and engaging stakeholders
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10 + years of experience implementing and managing a cyber-risk management program, Sarbanes–Oxley (SOX) program, auditing of applications, processes, or other compliance programs10+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management10+ years of experience with cybersecurity, information protection, risk management, and/or IT compliance10+ years of experience e working within one or more IT infrastructure domains10+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industry experience designing, implementing, and testing SOX-relevant IT General Controls (ITGCs)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higherCloud certifications (e.g. Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.)Experience with International Traffic in Arms Regulations / Export Administration Regulations (ITAR/EAR_Experience with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), National Institute of Standards and Technology ( NIST), and other regulations
