Position Overview:

Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) is seeking a motivated & experienced Change Build Plan Integrator to support the VC-25B Integration team located in San Antonio, TX or Tukwila, WA. This person would lead activities for improvements to engineering designs, manufacturing processes, large-scale systems integration and software applications as well as lead technical and administrative activities to meet regulatory, production and process requirements in support of the manufacturing plans.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, complex producibility studies and production/tooling philosophies.

Refines, validates, coordinates and implements conceptual designs and manages the program architecture for build.

Develops manufacturing plans and oversees plan optimization. Conducts complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.

Resolves complex technical problems.

Serves as a project manager to ensure that contract requirements, specifications, design criteria and schedule performance are integrated and maintained.

Leads advanced design solutions and supports research of new product or business opportunities.

Deploys company Lean Enterprise analysis methods. Documents and communicates producibility best practices.

Provides guidance to others through structured mentoring.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

1+ years of experience using engineering design tools such as CATIA, ENVOVIA, and/or PDM

Experience working with engineering drawings. REDARS, IVT

1+ years of experience working with manufacturing engineering planning systems such as MESci and/or GOLD

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Experience in military commercial derivative aircraft programs

MS Project experience

Change integration experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $107,950 - $156,400
